Errands, errands and more errands.

Today was very productive - I went grocery shopping (Trader Joe's, how I've missed you), bought a new bulb to fix my tail light and a new belt for my vacuum cleaner. And I made some delicious pork enchiladas for dinner, courtesy of this recipe. So easy and the finished result actually turned out like the picture.

I'm doing really well with my New Year's resolutions so far, and I could not be happier. It's been a lovely start to 2012, getting everything organized and sticking to what I promised myself I would do.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go watch this man for a little while:
